WHAT AN ENCHANTED CHRISTMAS…

Yeah !

I thanked the Lord for giving me a chance to spend my christmas in a different way…I had this fabulous E.K.’S CHRISTMAS BAZAARFEST project last Dec. 20 to Jan. 6 at Enchanted Kingdom, and truly many great things happened to me with that project…the Magic is really there at Enchanted Kingdom!

From its marketing period, I enjoyed our saturation drive at the World Trade Center and mall establishments in Glorietta, Tiendesitas, Greenbelt, Festival and Alabang Town Center..Now that I have all their calling cards and contact numbers it would be easy for me now to make follow-up calls and appointments with them everytime I would  have a bazaar project. I met great people at Worldtrade like at the Skyline Cafe staff on its 2nd Flr… made friends with my exhibitors and their families, able to have a regular dining and stay in great hotels in Manila with Manila Bay view like at Bay View and Aloha hotel….and have fun making nightouts and disco there after a hard day work…hehehe

And during the bazaar itself, we’ve experience so many adventures there in and outside the park…We  had so much fun making good sales with our products…imagine my exhibitors like Tita Lynn’s Flavored Suman and Dairymoor coffee were selling about P20T to 30T a day…and branded imported/export overrun clothes sale’s were having an average of P50T to P70T a day…it was even featured on ABS -CBN News with Joey Villarama…so it became more talked of the town…isn’t that great!

After me seeing the sales of my exhibitors, I was motivated to sell Liliw slippers also…and I can’t believe in the fast moving of the product–it sells like a hotcake there at 3 for 180, hehe…So needed to go back and forth to liliw just to get stocks again every two days….it was so fun, I felt like I was just making  “Bahay-bahayan while selling those cutely crafted slippers in our real estate booth,hehe..it was a different experience for me..I was never been a retailer in my life ’cause i find it as a boring business before, but after seeing how the crowd in E.K. patronage my item—I was so encourage to later pursue this kind of business too with garments–maybe I’ll put up a my very  own boutique soon–VICTORIA’S COLLECTION , hehehe

One thing that I will surely miss there also is our bonding and gimmick moments at Paseo de Sta. Rosa after E.K. closing with my exhibitors like Buboy, Pat, Glez, Tita Celeste, Shine, Momy Tess and his cute kids, Riza, Dairymoor people, etc and E.K. staff and executives like Sir Richard Burgos ( Head Mktg. of E.K. ), Ms. Jo and Vince of entertainment department….and I’m sure the people from the Merchandise Dept. like Sir Mark - the only hearthrob inside E.K. hehehe, Ms. Vivian and Sir Arnel would missed all the headaches we have given them that time—hahahaha…they will surely missed making Police in our bazaar, hehe, but honestly they are all fun alaskador people too like the Engineering Dept there who keeps calling me Ms. Aimee ( Marcos…hahaha )….we have so much fun together during the bazaar season …I also thanked Sir Mamon ( owner of E.K ) and Ma’am Babic Faustino for giving me this privilege to organize their biggest ever Xmas Bazaar at Enchanted….meeting new friends and business partners like them is really a very inspiring and exciting experience.

After doing this bazaar,…. after all those headaches I’ve been through in our first days…everything turned out to become a big blessing for all of us later, hehe…and because all of my exhibitors were so happy about the sales, they really made a commitment to me that they will join my next bazaars anywhere and would even invite more friends to join too…So now are going to book the whole year of peak dates at E.K. ( the whole month of April and December )…and if things got even better, we can just extend to more months soon..Now, many of my exhibtors are willing to finance me on my next projects  after they have seen my hardwork and dedication  in making event a successfull one, and we are all planning to conquer other venues where most people are such as Mall of Asia, Robinsons Malls, Splash Island Marikina Riverside and even Boracay soon….all of this in a one year series of events–that’s my assigment to them now….hehe.

It was like a domino effect, after all of my birthpains and challenges in pursuing this big project…everything turned out to be a blessing in diguised..it opened more doors of opportunities for me and I met so many great people who’s willing to support me all the way in fullfulling my dream projects.

Truly when you want to pursue great things, great trials and challenges are also at stake…but once you learned to handle all those things well and have a full faith and determination…everything will work our for good for you by God’s Grace….he will truly give the desires of our heart once we obey him and do our part as well…

All things are really possible for those who believe!

….and I really thanked the Lord for this wonderful experiences and blessings!

WHAT AN ENCHANTED CHRISTMAS !!! ….

Yeah!

…. truly i had this wornderful christmas experience last Dec 2008…it was something new ’cause i was able to pursue one of my project at Enchanted Kingdom - E.K.’S CHRISTMAS BAZAARFEST ‘08..it was the first time that E.K. had that Grand Bazaar and it was so clicked that all visitors really enjoyed the great offers and products of my exhibitors…from branded overrun clothes at a very cheap price, to thailand accessories, cute stuff toys, coffee and flavored suman, real estate, toys, liliw slippers and havaianas, etc.

I’m so happy so see that all of tenants were doing great in their sales in that two weeks of christmas vacation which is considerd as the peakest season of Enchanted Kingdom also…I really thank Sir Mamon ( owner of Enchanted Kingdom & Ma’am Babic Faustino ( the entertainment head ) for allowing to do this project with them…It was something new for me able to spend my whole christmas season in the most prestigious themed park in the philippines.  It was actually a work and liesure in one that’s why all of us really enjoyed our stay there. Aside fromer earning money, we had that priviledge of going in and out of the park as often as we want ( as long as we wear our Bazaar ID, hehe ) and have rides everytime we are free.

That project was a big challenge for me, I had so many headaches at first ’cause I need to attend so many problems during our first days liek changes in venues, take care and monitor this and that, handle all the complaints of my exhibitors ’cause they were not used to have that very strict kind of security compared to worldtrade center..but later by God’s grace everything was solved and turned out to be good…and the sales there are tremendously great! Imagine a simple coffee shop and Flavored Suman  were selling about 18T to 25T a day and branded clothes around P70,000 to 100,000 a day…isn’t that fabulous! ….and because of that i was motivated too to become an exhibitor also of my own bazaar, hehe– I sold liliw slippers and it was really a hit too…in few hours of sitting at the store area my stocks are all sold-out and i have to go back to liliw again to by new ones…I felt like just playing and makin bahay bahayan while selling those things…but one thing that’s good I’m earning double from it..hehe..I bpught it at 3 for 100 and sold it at E.K. like a hotcake for 3 for P180– the people there were so amazed how cheap my slippers are though  it was well crafted with cute designs, hahaha.

One thing that’s best there is that we were able to meet new friends and gimmick buddies like my very own exhibitors and E.K. executives and staff from the entertainment department…all of them become close friend of mine like…Buboy, Pat, Glez, Momy Tess, Tita Lalaine, Kuya Ador who have become my attorneys  too who keeps on defending me when problem occurs, Sir Richard Burgos ( E.K. Mktg. head ) and Ms. Jo and Vince of the Entertainment department who always go dicso and nightout with us…and other officers at the merchandise department like Sir Mark - the only hearthrob inside their office…hehehe…( the contrabida of my bazaar, hehehe ) who keeps  making police in monitoring the products of my exhibitors, hahaha- but in fairness ka-bibes at kaasaran ko narin lola mo..that’s why I’m sure he would miss us the group who gives so many headaches to him before, bwahahaha…and also to Ms. Vivian, Sir Rio, the Engineering Department and other entertainment staff who have been very supportive to our project making my bazaar one of the priority  in E.K… GUYS!!! I Really appreciate you all…I really can’t forget the gimmick nights we had at Paseo de Sta.Rosa after every closing of our Bazaar..We’re like a one big family there..truly my saturation drive at World Trade Center in Manila just to get these people were really worth it! We allhave so much fun together….and now I had this assignment from them–to bring them to great places where people are like soon in - boracay, splash Island, Mall tours, etc.

I really pursued this project to make my december a different one. I do enjoyed doing this project from the marketing period wherein we truly saturated all the mall establishments and exhibitors at world trade center from Noel Bazaar, Tin-Tin Bersola’s Bazaar and World Bazaar of Worldbex, stayed at first class hotels like Bayview and Aloha with a bay view verandas, eat great foods and fabuluos restaurants there like in Skyline Cafe at Worldtrade Center, Pier One, Marinas, Bagaberde, etc.

It was even featured at ABS-CBN News with Joey Villarama, that’s why many exhibit organizers got fascinated about the idea of doing bazaar in E.K. also…. they have seen how my bazaar last xmas was really a click –they now became a threat to me, hahaha..so we are now going to book the peak dates of E.K. so that my competitors can’t get the peak dates at E.K. like whole month of summer April and Xmas- December…it must be exclusive for us ’cause we were the one who started that extravagant idea….Even E.K. can’t believe i was able to sell their place at the price of P28T to P30T  to the Manila Based exhibitors…we’ll it’s just a proof of how powerful my convincing power is…hahahaha…( yabang , hehehe )

Truly is was a different experience for me and it was like a domino effect….new opportunities were opened because of it–Robinsons Malls contacted me again to do series of events and workshops for them again and many of my exhibitors wanted to finance my next projects  now,  ‘coz they have seen my hardwork and dedication, that no matter what happened I’m really focused to reach my goals and make things happen..now we are planning to extend our bazaar projects in Manila and conquer other vebues for bazaar also like SM Mall of Asia, Robinsons Malls in Manila, Marikina RiverSide and soon at Worldtrade for a one-year project series…all of my hardwork and birthpains in pursuing this project turned out to be a blessing in disguise—many blessings and great financial breakthroughs were next…

Thank you Lord and I owe it all from you…Thank you for making my events a venue to bless more people and helped me meet more great friends who will be very supportive to my plans and goals….I know all of these things came from you!

One thing I have learned from this…when you dream to do great things, no matter how hard it is….just have faith and determination to pursue it…don’t let  any bad situations and people to pull you down–just stand up, have courage and confidence to show to the whole world that YOU CAN DO IT …and truly God is there to bless the works of your hand..he will make all things work for good for you!
